First remove dry flaky skin with a foot stone or suitable foot scrub, then applying balm to clean feet before bed and covering with a pair of socks so it can soak in and soften your feet.

If the foot balm is left in direct sunlight or in very warm conditions, it will melt. The product can be re-refrigerated to return it to a solid state. Alternatively, you may wish to store the product in the refrigerator.

For external use only. Do not apply to eye area, mucous membranes or broken /irritated skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
