Once your shower is running hot, briefly wet the steamer and place it at the edge of your shower floor, away from the main water stream. As it gently dissolves, it releases a cloud of uplifting essential oils into the steam, filling your shower—and your senses—with calm.

Care Tips
Store your steamers in a dry place, such as a linen cupboard. To preserve their aroma and effectiveness, we recommend keeping them away from the humidity of the bathroom until you're ready to use them.
